Is It Possible To Put A PHP RSS Feed On A HTML Site?

I would like to know if there is any PHP coding to put a RSS feed on my HTML/CSS site!

What I would like to do is to just put the coding on my static site! A basic copy and paste code that I just have to insert the address where I want the feed to come from?
